Chris Masters, JTG & MVP vs. The Straight Edge Society
Though officially part of the Six-Man Tag Team Match, CM Punk opted to let Luke Gallows and Joey Mercury handle the bulk of the battle. While each Superstar looked impressive in his own right, it was a devious kick from The Straight Edge Savior from outside the ropes that caught an unsuspecting MVP off guard, setting Gallows up to finish off The Franchise Playa’ with a devastating boot to the face.
Winners: The Straight Edge Society

Pro Wrestling Illustrated has published its list of the top 500 professional wrestlers each year since 1991 in an annual special edition magazine called the “PWI 500.” “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles earned the No. 1 Ranking for 2010, the first TNA wrestler to top the annual chart.

Chris Masters ranked in at Number 172.

Match Number Two: Chris Masters versus Caylen Croft with Trent Barreta

Croft with a punch to Masters and Masters does not like that. Masters with a punch of his own followed by a kick and delayed vertical suplex and he gets a near fall. Masters with a chop and then he Irish whips Croft but misses a splash into the corner. Croft with punches in the corner. Masters gets a boot up but Croft blocks the kick and then drops down and works on the leg. Croft with kicks to Masters and he gets a near fall. Croft with a leaping knee drop to Masters’ leg and he gets a near fall. Croft with a spinning toe hold but Masters kicks Croft into the corner. Masters with a reverse atomic drop followed by a few clotheslines. Croft with a kick and a power slam for a near fall. Masters presses Croft over his head but he cannot hold him because of the work done on the knee. Masters clotheslines Croft over the top rope to the floor. He goes out to the floor and he punches Barreta and puts Trent in the Master Lock for a moment. Masters returns to the ring and Croft clips Masters and hits a DDT for the three count.

Winner: Caylen Croft

Chris Masters & MVP vs. Trent Barreta & Caylen Croft
With his NXT Rookie Percy Watson looking on from ringside, the talented MVP put on a clinic on how to succeed in WWE. Teaming with Chris Masters for the first time, the champagne popping Superstar helped silence the explosive offense of The Dudebusters before nailing the Play of the Day for the win. The eccentric Watson was thrilled with his Pro’s victory, but maybe that’s just the way he always behaves.

Chris Masters & Kelly Kelly w/Tiffany vs. Trent Barretta & Layla
One week ago, No. 1 contender to the Women’s Championship, Kelly Kelly, was attacked by Team Lay-Cool. This week, she partnered with Chris Masters in a Mixed Tag Team quest-for-retribution against Women’s Champion Layla and Trent Barreta of the Dude Busters. But, when Lay-Cool hopeful Rosa Mendes jump roped onto the scene, both of the Dude Busters took their eyes off the match and put them onto her, assisting Rosa in an impromptu round of double-dutch. Layla soon took issue with the disruption, allowing Kelly Kelly to hit the K-2 legdrop and claim victory for herself and Masters.

Chris Masters def. Caylen Croft in a Master Lock Challenge
Few Superstars have been able to break Chris Masters’ punishing Master Lock, but that didn’t stop SmackDown’s Caylen Croft from stepping up to the Master Lock Challenge. After taking a seat in the middle of the ring, Croft was willfully placed in The Masterpiece’s devastating hold and struggled to get out to no avail. Although Masters was declared the victory, he had little time to celebrate as he was attacked by Croft’s partner, Trent Barreta, and stomped by both men.
